Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026. The agreement between you, your church, and Much Entrusted.

Agreeing to These Terms

By creating an account or using Much Entrusted, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Much Entrusted for a church or other organization, you're agreeing for that organization too, and you confirm you're allowed to. “You” means you and that organization.

Who Can Use It

You must be 18 or older. Much Entrusted is for churches and ministries planning and tracking their own finances.

The Beta

Much Entrusted is in a closed beta. While it is:

  • It's free.
  • Features will change, and some may be removed.
  • Things may break. Please tell us when they do.
  • When the beta ends, we'll clear every beta workspace. We'll tell you ahead of time so you can export anything you want to keep.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything for them.

Your Church's Data

It's yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only to run Much Entrusted for you. You can export it at any time. You're responsible for what you put in, and for having the right to put in information about other people, such as event registrants, including children.

The Numbers Are for Planning, Not Advice

Much Entrusted helps you plan. Its forecasts, break-even prices, and budget figures are estimates calculated from what you enter, and they are only as good as that information. Nothing in Much Entrusted is financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. It doesn't replace your accounting system or your church's own review. Check important decisions with a qualified person.

Your Account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. A workspace's owner decides who else has access to it.

Using It Fairly

Please don't:

  • try to get into another church's workspace or anyone else's account;
  • probe, scan, or test our security without our written permission;
  • overload or disrupt the service;
  • use it for anything illegal, or to store material you don't have the right to; or
  • copy, resell, or rebuild the service from what you see in it.

Fees

Much Entrusted is free during the beta. If we start charging, we'll tell you the price and terms ahead of time. Nothing is ever charged unless you choose to subscribe.

Ending

You can stop using Much Entrusted at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other churches at risk. When we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. We may also end the beta, or the service, with notice.

No Guarantees

We work hard to keep Much Entrusted accurate and available. Even so, it's provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond what these terms say. That includes any implied promise that it's fit for a particular purpose or that it will run without errors or interruptions.

Limits on Our Responsibility

As far as the law allows, Much Entrusted isn't responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost money, data, or donations, that come from using the service. Our total responsibility for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is more. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account holders about any change that matters by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Much Entrusted after that means you accept the updated terms.

Who You're Agreeing With

Much Entrusted is run by its founder, Tommy Adams. When Much Entrusted LLC is formed, it takes over this agreement, and these terms continue with it.

The Law That Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Texas. Before anything formal, please write to us. Most things can be sorted out with a conversation.
